The RCOG IRC India South and AICC RCOG are pleased to announce the Maternal Medicine Summit – Predict, Pivot & Protect – taking place over two days in Chennai. The summit brings together international and national faculty to share the latest evidence and practical strategies in maternal medicine, with a focus on prediction of risk, timely clinical pivots, and protecting maternal and fetal outcomes.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract submissions are now open for Poster Presentation at the RCOG IRC India South & AICC RCOG Maternal Medicine Summit 2026, to be held on 21st & 22nd November 2026 at Madras Management Association, Chennai.

Guidelines
  • Abstracts are invited for Poster Presentation only.
  • The abstract must be submitted in English.
  • The abstract should be original and relevant to the field of Obstetrics, Gynaecology or Maternal Medicine.
  • The abstract title should be clear and concise.
  • The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
  • Please include the Title, Authors, Institution/Affiliation and Abstract Content.
  • The name of the Presenting Author should be clearly indicated.
  • Conference registration is mandatory for the presenting author to present the accepted poster.
  • Abstracts may be submitted as Original Research, Case Report or Case Series.
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
  • Acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to the presenting author.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
  • Detailed poster presentation instructions will be shared with accepted authors separately.
